We acknowledge your inquiry and propose a time for an initial conversation — by video on our self-hosted platform, or in person at your preference. This is a discovery call, not a sales pitch. We listen.
Confidential Consultation
We discuss your use cases, data volumes, existing infrastructure, and security requirements in detail. Under full confidentiality. We may request to see your server room or facilities. We produce a high-level architecture proposal.
Detailed Proposal
We deliver a detailed technical specification and budget estimate. You review it with your team. No commitment required. We are available for questions, revisions, and technical deep-dives.
Decision & Engagement
If you choose to proceed, we enter a formal engagement contract. The architecture enters engineering. The hardware enters procurement. The deployment enters scheduling. Your on-premise AI becomes a project with a timeline.
